We understand this and have a process for transition from your current detail department to BDS Dealer Pros’ that makes the entire experience seamless. We have all the bases covered from personnel to every piece of equipment and materials.
Many dealerships have good relationships with the current staff of detailers and are concerned about those individuals when a switch to BDS Dealer Pros is a possibility. BDS is always seeking hard working employees and have had much success hiring from dealers that are now our customers. We’re willing to interview the current employees, and if they meet our hiring requirements, we will offer them positions on our team when we have an opening.
