Management Structure

Professional and superior on-site interface with dealer sales staff, support staff and management. BDS schedules a manager and supervisor at each location so our customers have someone in charge from open to close 7 days a week. We also have local area managers on site daily.

After 20+ years of servicing franchise auto dealers, we have developed processes for the needs of every customer to insure the highest quality work completed in the timeliest manner with the highest level of professionalism.


Consistent product/higher CSI scores. BDS is committed to continual improvement. We regularly offer advanced training to our staff as well as daily training and coaching by our experienced management team.


Our custom software is used for tracking, billing, employee timeclock plus a host of other functions. This technology also allows us to virtually eliminate double billing and often illegible hand written invoices.


Being in business since 1996 gives us the experience necessary to satisfy the needs of the most demanding customers. Our leadership team has an average of over 18 years in the automotive service industry. We have very low turnover and our average manager has been with the company for 5 + years.

Background screening/drug screening/driving record screening/W-2 employees/INS compliant. BDS cares about who is on our staff and in your dealership. With our hiring practices combined with personality profile testing we are always working on having the right people in the right seats.
